Pumpkin Jelly with Whipped Cream

The dessert is easy to prepare, looks beautiful in any dish. Well, the taste is lovely!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin – 800 g
  • Sugar to taste
  • Lemon (juice) – 2 pcs.
  • Carnation – 7 pcs.
  • Cream 35% – 200 ml
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Gelatin – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the pumpkin, peeled, into triangles with a fluted knife. Pour it into the water, add sugar, juice of one or even two lemons, cloves (required !!). Cook until the pumpkin is translucent and soft, but so that the pumpkin pieces do not boil.
  2. Separately soak the gelatin in 100 ml of water. Heat it up without boiling, and add to 0.5 liters of pumpkin broth.
  3. Put pumpkin in glasses or molds and pour the liquid with gelatin. Decorate with cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
