- 1 roll (s) puff pastry
- 0.5 ½ butternut squash (se)
- 4 egg (s)
- 50 g cream cheese (paprika cream cheese)
- 1 leek
- 50 ml milk
- 150 g cheese, rated

- Peel the butternut squash and cut into thin sticks. To make it a little soft, I heated it in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- In the meantime, place the puff pastry with the baking paper in the baking dish. Then cut the leek into slices. Mix the 4 eggs well in a bowl with the paprika cream cheese, leek and milk. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Then spread the pumpkin pieces on the puff pastry and spread the egg mixture over it. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
