  • 150 g flour, smooth
  • 200 g jam, sort to taste
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
  • Cocoa powder, for dark sponge cake

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top and bottom heat.
  2. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until they are nice and firm. Slowly add the sugar and yolks. Finally mix the flour with the baking powder (and possibly cocoa) and stir in.
  3. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the dough evenly on it. Bake for about 10 minutes, until it has a nice color.
  4. Take out, place a sufficiently large piece of baking paper on top and turn over. Carefully peel off the baking paper. Brush the dough sheet with jam and roll it up. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
