Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry, round, from the refrigerated shelf
  • 300 g Radicchio Trevisano
  • 3 slices smoked bacon, quartered
  • 50 g mascarpone or crème fraîche
  • 1 medium onion (s), sliced
  • 5 slices camembert (s), cut about 2 cm thick
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Quarter the radicchio, cut away the stalk and cut the rest into strips.
