Ingredients
- 800 g pork chop (s), whole, loosened
- 12 prunes, pitted
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ black pepper from the mill
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, cut into wedges
- 1 medium onion (s), peeled, quartered
- 4 prunes
- 250 ml water
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
- 1 tablespoon flour
- water for the sauce

- Pierce the meat lengthways with a knife and a wooden spoon handle, insert 12 plums and wrap the roast with kitchen twine. Rub with salt, ginger and pepper.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan, add the apple wedges, onion quarters, 4 plums, water and soy sauce and simmer uncovered in a preheated oven at 225 ° C for approx. 1 hour.
- Then remove the roast set, pass through a sieve, fill up to 3/8 l with water, bind with the flour mixed with a little water and season to taste.
