Ingredients

  • 700 g quark
  • 50 g almond (s), chopped
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 g raisins
  • 150 g cream
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 small Can (s) tangerine (s), drained

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the raisins. Melt the butter, let it cool and mix lukewarm with the cream, vanilla sugar and quark.
  2. Add the raisins, almonds and tangerines and fold in carefully. Put in the fridge overnight.
