Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillet (s) (frozen)
  • 1 large clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • 500 g nocchi
  • 200 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 175 g cream cheese
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • possibly chives

Instructions

  1. Thaw the fish fillet. Rinse the fish, pat dry, cut into cubes. Mix 3 tablespoons of oil with the crushed garlic, let the fish cubes steep for a few minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the instructions on the package, allow to drain (catch some of the cooking water). Peel and dice the onion. Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, sauté the onion in it. Add the cream cheese and pasta water, stir.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil in a pan, fry the salmon cubes in it over a medium heat for 3 minutes, turning now and then, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix the gnocchi with the tomatoes and cheese sauce, pour the salmon on top. Serve sprinkled with chives if necessary.
