Sausages in Dryers

Sausages in dryers are a great alternative to sausages in dough! Only everything is done much easier and easier. These “sausage caterpillars” will especially appeal to children!

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Sausages – 5 pcs.
  • Unsweetened dryers – 25 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 2 tablespoon.
  • Hard cheese – 80 g
  • Milk – 400 ml

Directions

  1. Peel the sausages. Put on dryers on each sausage, so much so that the sausage is slightly visible from both sides. I got 5 dryers for each sausage.
  2. Place the dried sausages in a bowl and cover with milk. Leave the sausages in the dryers in this form for 30 minutes, turn the sausages once every 5 minutes so that the dryers are soaked evenly.
  3. After 30 minutes, transfer the sausages in dryers to a baking dish, brush with sour cream and sprinkle with hard cheese grated on a coarse grater.
  4. Bake sausages in dryers at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Sausages in dryers are ready, serve them hot. Bon Appetit!
