Ingredients

  • 1 glass beans, green
  • 5 medium potato (s)
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 2 Cabanossi
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 teaspoon stock, grained
  • 800 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, dried
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and cook until cooked.
  2. In the meantime, dice the onion and the Cabanossi and first fry the Cabanossi in a soup pot with the butter. Add the onion, fry and deglaze with the wine, immediately add the thyme. When the wine has evaporated, add the buttermilk, stock and mustard. Bring to the boil, now add the potatoes and beans, let simmer for 5 minutes on a low heat, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Just before serving, cut the parsley into small pieces and fold in.
