Ingredients

  • 10 pork schnitzel, thinly sliced
  • 10 teaspoon sauce (honey - mustard - sauce)
  • Salt from the mill
  • pepper from the grinder
  • 1 kg Mett (pork)
  • 400 ml tomato ketchup
  • 2 gr. Can (s) mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 g onion (s), cut into rins
  • 375 g crème fraîche (herbs)
  • 400 g tomato (s), cut into slices
  • oregano
  • basil
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda), rated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Brush the schnitzel with honey-mustard sauce. 1 teaspoon of sauce per schnitzel. Then pepper and salt.
  3. Place the coated schnitzel side by side on the drip pan.
  4. Distribute the meat on the schnitzel and smooth out.
  5. In further order, the meat is now topped as follows:
  6. Onion rings and tomato slices. These are sprinkled with oregano and basil. Spread the tomato ketchup over it and then spread the mushrooms on top. Finally, spread the crème fraiche (herbs) over everything.
  7. Now sprinkle everything with the grated cheese and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 ½ hours.
  8. Tip: If you don`t have a honey-mustard sauce in the house, you can make one yourself by mixing mustard and honey and flavoring it with a little lemon or orange juice.
