- Whisk the eggs with the milk and chives, season with salt and pepper. Pour the mass into a greased, fireproof form and let it set in a preheated oven at 150 ° (convection) for about five minutes. Stir the egg mixture from the edge into the middle and let it set for another five minutes. Repeat the process again so that the eggs could be cooked in a total of 15 minutes.
