Ingredients

  • 1 port. Dough, (Siegfried approach)
  • 100 g corn flour
  • 400 g wheat flour
  • 150 g wheat meal
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 40 ml oil

Instructions

  1. Knead the corn flour with the Siegfried dough and the yeast and let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Then add all the other ingredients, knead everything well and let the dough rise for 60 minutes.
  2. Shape a bread and bake at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
