Ingredients
- 150 g rice
- 150 g mushrooms
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 500 g turkey breast fillet (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 orange (s), the juice it
- 100 g double cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey (orange honey), alternatively blossom honey
- possibly curry

- Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Thinly slice the mushrooms and spring onions. Cut the turkey breast fillet into strips.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it. Fry the mushrooms briefly and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the orange juice with honey and cream cheese until smooth and add to the meat. Let simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Add rice and spring onions, mix well and season to taste with a little curry.
