Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk
  • 6 tablespoon honey
  • 6 teaspoons cocoa powder, (the dark baking cocoa)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 400 ml coffee, (hot + strong)
  • Whipped cream, (whipped)

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk up to 1/2 cup with the honey. Mix the cocoa with the cinnamon and the cornstarch with the rest of the milk. Stir the cocoa into the hot milk and briefly bring to the boil. Distribute the cocoa and coffee between 4 cups or glasses. Put a cream tuff on top and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
  2. If the 2 teaspoons of cinnamon are too much for you, only take 1 teaspoon, or 1.5 teaspoons or so.
