Ingredients

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 200 g spahetti
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 12 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Cooking pasta.
  2. Finely dice the onions. Cut the bell pepper into pieces. Halve the tomatoes.
  3. Sear the minced meat in the olive oil, remove it from the pan and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sweat the onions in the saucepan. Stir in the tomato paste and roast. Then add the peppers and tomatoes and sauté lightly. Season with chilli and paprika powder. Stir in the honey and sugar and let them caramelize. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, add the minced meat and sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
