Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 grams flour
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For covering:

  • 1 glass sour cherries
  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g suar
  • 100 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 80 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare a kneading dough from the specified ingredients and roll it out on the bottom of a springform pan (26 cm diameter), press up an edge of 2 cm.
  2. Drain the cherries and spread them on the dough.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients into a spreadable mixture, pour over the cherries and bake the cake at 180 to 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
