  • 80 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 pinch ginger powder
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch anise, ground

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs and egg yolks with the hand mixer on the highest setting for about 1 minute until frothy. Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar and let it trickle in for a minute. Then beat for another 2 minutes. Mix the flour, cornstarch and spices and sieve on the cream. Then stir in briefly on the lowest setting.
  2. With the help of two teaspoons, place small heaps with enough space between them on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Put the baking trays one at a time in the preheated oven.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Pull the cookies together with the baking paper from the baking sheets onto the cake racks and let them cool.
