Ingredients

  • 40 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 8 pork steak (s) (minute steaks)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 200 g camembert (s) (brie)
  • 4 slices toast
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • possibly mango chutney

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the lamb`s lettuce. Wash the steaks and pat dry.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the steaks for approx. 2 - 3 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the brie into 8 slices and place one slice on each steak. Place the steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 220 ° C) for approx. 3 - 4 minutes.
  4. Toast the toast slices, brush with butter and top with salad and steaks. Wash the parsley, chop it finely and sprinkle over it for decoration. If you like, you can put a dollop of mango chutney on each steak. Serve immediately.
