Ingredients

  • 250 g cauliflower
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Fill the steamer 2.5 cm with water. Peel the lemon with the peeler. Add half of the lemon peel to the water. Divide the cauliflower into florets and place them in the steamer. Sprinkle with the remaining lemon zest and salt.
  2. Bring the water to the boil and hang up the steamer insert. Cover and steam for 5 to 13 minutes. The cauliflower is done when the florets are tender enough to prick with a fork. If you want to steam all of the cauliflower at once, allow for 20 minutes or more. Finally sprinkle the cauliflower with freshly grated Parmesan, arrange and serve.
