Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 cube yeast
- 125 ml water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 225 grams flour
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
For covering:
- 300 g onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 3 egg (s)
- 225 g sour cream
- salt and pepper

- Mix the lukewarm water with the yeast and honey. Let stand for 15 minutes. Knead the flour, oil and salt with the yeast mixture. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes. Grease a baking sheet and spread the batter on it.
- Peel the onions and cut into fine strips. Heat the oil and fry the onions in it until translucent. Spread on the dough. Mix the eggs and sour cream together. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the onion cake.
- Bake at 200 ° C for 20-30 minutes, until the egg coating is completely whipped and lightly browned.
