- 60 g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 2 egg (s)
- 15 drops flavor (Flavordrops cinnamon)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 6 tablespoon yogurt
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 handful nuts

- Melt 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a small pan and fry the scrambled eggs in it. Put on a plate and serve with yogurt, honey and nuts.
