Sweet Vegan Bean Jam

Ingredients

320 g beans, white or black
60 ml almond milk (almond drink) or soy milk
40 g xylitol (suar substitute), liht
1 teaspoon cocoa powder, heavily de-oiled
1 pinch (s) salt
1 pinch (s) baking soda

For the topping:

Soy quark (quark alternative), fruit, nuts

Instructions

Put the beans with all the other ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree to a fine pulp. If you don`t have a high-speed blender, you can simply puree the ingredients with the blender. That also works wonderfully.
Now put the bean puree in a bowl and top with any ingredients such as nuts, fruit, soy quark according to your taste and enjoy.
