Tartini with Smoked Salmon and Avocado

Tartini is a kind of small sandwiches. Tartines with red fish and avocado are a beautiful festive appetizer that is perfect for a New Year’s table. Smoked salmon is a rather expensive product, but even a small piece of it on a slice of bread shaded with the taste of avocado will give you a real culinary pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Smoked red fish (salmon, trout, salmon), fillet – 100 g
  • Avocado – 0.5 pcs. (100 g)
  • Cream cheese – 100 g
  • Black bread – 200 g

How to make festive red fish and avocado tartini:

Directions

  1. Cut the brown bread into thin slices and then into triangles.
  2. Spread the cream cheese on a slice of bread in a thin layer over the entire surface. Cream cheese can be substituted for salted butter.
  3. Thinly slice the boneless fish fillet into slices. Place a piece of fish on each tartine.
  4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Cut the avocado pulp into thin slices.
  5. Place a slice of avocado on a tartinka. Put all the festive red fish and avocado sandwiches on a beautiful platter.
