Ingredients
- 2 large tomato (s)
- 2 large mushrooms, fresh
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon chives, freshly chopped
- salt and pepper

- Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Brush off the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Wash the iceberg lettuce leaves.
- Stir the dressing together and season to taste.
- Drape 2 sheets of iceberg lettuce on each plate, then mix the dressing with the tomatoes and mushrooms and place on the lettuce leaves.
