Instructions

  1. For the basic recipe, stir the eggs, butter and sugar until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the egg mixture. Add flavor ingredients. Fill into a greased bundt cake tin sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake at 180-200 ° C for 60 minutes.
  2. Marble cake:
  3. Mix cocoa and milk under half of the basic recipe. Pour the light dough into the pan, place the dark dough on top and bake.
  4. Raisin Cake:
  5. Mix the moist raisins with the flour, mix into the basic recipe, fill into the pan and bake.

  7. Hazelnut cake:

  11. After cooling, cover the cake with chocolate icing, dust with powdered sugar or simply enjoy it on its own.
