  • 80 g soy yohurt (yohurt alternative), e.. vanilla flavor, or your favorite variety
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 125 g flour
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink), or oat milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients one after the other to form a homogeneous dough. The best way to do this is with a hand mixer, but it also works with a wooden spoon.
  2. The dough should be a little runny, but not thin. Therefore adjust the amount of soy milk accordingly.
  3. Then bake in the waffle iron depending on the settings and taste, if necessary grease beforehand, and best enjoy warm with a sweet spread.
