Waffle Brizolki (Unusual Minced Chicken Dish)

An unusual recipe for making brizol – using wafer cake layers! 🙂 As a meat base, we use minced chicken with cheese and herbs. Wafer cakes do not greatly affect the taste, but cooking and serving become very unusual thanks to them.
Ingredients
- Wafer cakes (for cake) – 4 pcs.
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
- Any greens (dill, parsley, green onions) – 1 small bunch
- Any hard cheese – about 100-150 g (to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Spices (optional) – to taste
- Eggs – 4 pcs.
- Boiled water – 100 ml
- Vegetable oil – for frying
Directions
- First, we need to make the minced chicken. I make a minced chicken fillet using a blender.
- We cut any greens that you like.
- Rub any cheese on a fine grater.
- Put the minced chicken in a bowl, salt, pepper, add any spices to your taste, add cheese, herbs, and mix everything well.
- We take a waffle crust for the cake and spread it with minced meat, not a very thick layer.
- Place one more cake on top and press it well. Cut the prepared filled cakes into squares and triangles.
- Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add 50 ml of boiled water. (This is one round waffle “sandwich”. If there are two or more “sandwiches”, then proportionally increase the number of eggs and water.)
- Beat eggs with water.
- Dip the squares of waffles with minced chicken in a mixture of egg and water, put them in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, and fry until golden brown.
- You can fry waffle brizolki with a minced chicken under the lid if you are afraid that the minced meat will not bake (I bake it without a lid).
- Waffle minced chicken brizolki with cheese and herbs are ready.
