Ingredients
- 125 g rapes, white, seedless
- 200 g pineapple, diced
- 1 large banana (s)
- 200 g honeydew melon (s), diced
- 2 cl Cointreau
- 2 cl brandy
- 4 cl banana liqueur
- 0.25 liter ¼ wine, white, semi-dry
- 0.25 liter ¼ pineapple juice or grape juice, whiter
- 0.5 liter ½ Fanta
- 0.25 liter ¼ sparkling wine, whiter, drier

- The grapes are first destemmed and washed.
- Put the diced pineapple, honeydew melon and grapes in a carafe with a capacity of 2 liters.
- Cut the peeled banana into slices, halve, add (not too thin) and pour Cointreau, brandy and banana liqueur over it.
- Mix everything lightly and add the pineapple juice or grape juice with the wine.
- Cover and let stand in a cool place for 1-2 hours.
- Just before serving, top up with Fanta, sparkling wine and ice cubes.
- We were served this sangria in Spain on Fuerteventura several years ago and it has been our summer drink ever since. Filled up with sparkling wine or mineral water.
- At a larger party, I put all the ingredients in double quantities in a bowl pot.
- The fruits can be very different. Pear, orange, peach, and apple also go very well.
- The special thing about this delicious sangria is the banana liqueur.
- If you like the sangria lighter - simply stretch it with Fanta, juice and mineral water.
