- 100 g suar, brown
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 apples
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- some cinnamon

- Put the first seven ingredients in a bowl and stir to form a batter.
- Peel the apples. Dice 2 apples, cut the other two apples into slices. Fold the diced apples into the batter. Then put this in a prepared 26-inch springform pan. Spread the apple slices on the dough and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar if you like.
- Bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for approx. 30-35 minutes.
