Yeast Rolls with Meat and Mushrooms

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • flour – 1000 g
  • creamy margarine – 200 g
  • dry yeast – 20 g
  • warm milk – 300 ml
  • sugar – 150 g
  • salt – 2-3 pinches

For the cheese filling:

  • dry salted cheese – 200 g
  • butter or butter margarine – 150 g
  • dill – 0.5 bunch
  • garlic – optional

For meat and mushroom filling:

  • onions – 2 pcs.
  • boiled beef – 500 g
  • fresh champignons – 200-250 g
  • oil for frying onions and mushrooms – how much will it take
  • salt to taste
  • pepper – to taste

For apple and cinnamon filling:

  • sweet and sour apples – 1 kg
  • sugar – 200-250 g
  • cinnamon – 1-2 tbsp

For baking:

  • vegetable oil for greasing a baking sheet – how much will it take
  • melange for greasing pies – how much will it take

Directions

  1. Knead the yeast dough and put it in a warm place. To do this, mix the dry yeast with flour, add butter, milk, sugar, and salt, knead the dough thoroughly
  2. Roll out the dough into rectangles (not necessarily ideal) with a thickness of about 5 mm.
  3. Grate salted dry feta cheese on a fine grater, add the same amount of grated butter, and finely chopped dill. Without stirring, put in the freezer for 20-25 minutes. Garlic can be added for hobbyists.
  4. Before putting the filling on the dough layer, gently stir it with a spoon. Spread the filling over the dough, roll up and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. For rolls with meat and mushrooms. Fry the onion, add the chopped mushrooms. Chop the boiled veal or lean pork finely. Mix everything, salt, and pepper
  6. Spread the filling on a layer of dough, roll up and place on a greased baking sheet.
  7. For apple and cinnamon rolls. Bake or boil sweet and sour apples in a little water. Cool, peel. Try not to crush the apples too much! Add sugar to taste and 1-2 tablespoon. tablespoons of cinnamon.
  8. Stir, spread the filling on a layer of dough, roll up and place on a greased baking sheet.
  9. After the rolls have been rolled and laid out, let them stand for 5-10 minutes and “walk”.
  10. Grease rolls with chilled egg (melange) and place in a preheated oven.
  11. Bake at 200-220 degrees for about 40 minutes. Let it cool (hot dough is harmful :-)) and eat.
