Ingredients

  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 100 g walnuts, round
  • 100 g almonds, round
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 200 ml yogurt, Greek, 10% fat
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon semolina, soft
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 packet baking powder

Moreover:

  • Oil for the mold
  • Icing sugar for sprinkling
  • Cream, whipped, for serving

Instructions

  1. Measure out all ingredients except the baking powder, place in a mixing bowl and stir well for 5 minutes. Add the baking powder during the last minute.
  2. Brush a 20 x 20 x 5 cm baking pan well with oil, including the edges, and add the dough.
  3. Place the pan in the oven and bake the cake at 160 ° C for approx. 50 - 55 minutes.
  4. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Before cutting and removing, carefully remove the edges from the baking pan with a knife.
  5. The cake makes 9 very large pieces if you are really hungry or 18 small pieces, which is recommended because the nut content is very high.
  6. Tip: serve with whipped cream!
