Ingredients

  • 170 g hazelnuts (round)
  • 120 grams flour
  • 5 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter and sugar with the mixer until foamy, gradually add the eggs.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the butter / sugar / egg mixture and stir everything well at the highest level of the mixer.
  3. Fold in the ground nuts, put the dough in a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 180 ° for approx. 55-60 minutes.
