- 2 zucchini
- 400 g minced meat
- 500 ml tomato (s), passed
- 1 shallot (s)
- 1 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 4 stalks thyme
- 4 stems oregano
- 200 g jasmine rice
- some salt and pepper

- Peel and finely chop the shallot. Rinse the thyme, spin dry and chop. Rinse the oregano, spin dry and chop. Wash and clean the zucchini and use a peeler to slice or slice them lengthways into thin strips.
- Mix the minced meat, shallot, oregano, thyme, breadcrumbs, egg and a little salt and pepper into a minced mixture. Lay out 2 by 2 strips of the zucchini crosswise and put some of the minced mixture in the middle. Then fold the zucchini strips up, press down a little and seal with toothpicks.
- Put the tomatoes in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper and then place the courgette parcels in the dish.
- Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Put the baking dish in the preheated oven and let the parcels cook for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Arrange the rice on plates, pour the tomato sauce over it and place a few courgette parcels on top.
