Ingredients
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 large onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ zucchini
- 1 can tomato (s), chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- Sour cream or crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder
- Soup seasoning

- Cut the onion into cubes. Wash the zucchini, cut in half and hollow out the inside. Cut half of the zucchini into small pieces. (With small zucchini you can also use the whole zucchini including the inside.)
- In a large pan, fry the onion cubes with a little oil and add salt until they are translucent. Add the minced meat. When the minced meat is browned, season it with enough salt and pepper and add the garlic through a garlic press.
- Then add the zucchini pieces and fry for 3 - 5 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes, until the zucchini pieces are slightly soft but still firm to the bite
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and soup spices. If you want, you can also season with curry powder. The mixture of onion, tomato and curry is very tasty. Finally, refine with sour cream or crème fraîche and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Noodles or rice go well with this.
