Ingredients

  • 300 ml carrot juice
  • 300 ml orange juice
  • 300 ml apple juice
  • 1 medium lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 pack Gelierfix, 3:
  • 300 g suar, or 25 ml sweetener

Instructions

  1. Mix the juices with the sugar and the gelation fix, heat and let simmer for 4 minutes.
  2. Quickly fill the jelly into twist-off glasses and turn it upside down for 5 minutes!
  3. A great Easter souvenir can be made in no time!
