American Sweets “Tootsie”

Tootsie is a popular American sweet that can be made easily at home. Very sweet and original sweets.
Ingredients
- Honey – 170 g
- Cocoa – 45 g
- Butter – 15 g
- Powdered sugar – 45 g
- Vanillin – 2 teaspoon
- Powdered milk – 150 g
- Hot water – 1 teaspoon.
- Salt – a pinch
Directions
- Dissolve vanillin in hot water. The original comes with vanilla essence, but I did not have the opportunity to find it in the store, but I really wanted to make such delicious sweets.
- Mix honey, cocoa, and vanillin in a bowl stir.
Add melted butter, stir.
Add salt and powder, stir well.
Sift dry milk and knead the “dough” well. Let it rest for 10 minutes, form a layer and cut into cubes.
- Form candies with your hands and wrap.
Put the candies in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
