Ingredients
- 200 g cream cheese, natural
- 60 g apricot (s), dried
- 30 g desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon honey

- Chop the dried apricots. This works best in the food processor. Mix with the coconut flakes, then stir into the cream cheese.
- Sweeten to taste, I tend to use a little less than a teaspoon of honey.
