Ingredients

  • 4 piece (s) fillet (s) the turkey
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 sheets ham (toasted ham)
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1 can asparagus
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs (various culinary herbs)

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the turkey fillets, sauté them briefly and place them in an ovenproof dish, add a little water to the roast residue and add to the fillets as well.
  2. Mix the creme fraiche, sour cream and kitchen herbs in a small bowl, add a little salt and add a pinch of paprika.
  3. Spread the sauce thickly over the fillets, place a sheet of ham on top, put another swab of the cream on top, place asparagus on top and cover the whole thing with a sheet of cheese.
  4. The whole thing is decorated with tomatoes, peppers and parsley and baked in the oven at approx. 200 ° Celsius for 45 - 50 minutes.
  5. Parsley potatoes or curry rice taste particularly good with them.
