Baked Bell Ppepper with Garlic

An excellent appetizer is baked bell peppers with garlic and soy sauce. Suitable for both festive and casual tables.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Bulgarian pepper (fleshy) – 1 kg
  • Garlic – 4-5 cloves (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 3-4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 9% – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven. Wash the pepper, grease thoroughly with oil (1-2 tablespoons). Put on a baking sheet.
  2. Put the pepper in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake bell peppers in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn occasionally to bake the peppers evenly on all sides.
  3. Put the finished pepper in a bowl, close the lid tightly until it cools (then the skin will be easy to peel). Peel the pepper.
  4. Peel the garlic, wash and squeeze out with a garlic spade.
  5. Mix soy sauce with garlic, vinegar and the remaining vegetable oil.
  6. Dip the pepper in the marinade put in a salad bowl. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. The baked bell pepper with garlic is ready.
