Ingredients
- 2 packs potato noodles (refrigerated shelf), approx. 1 kg
- 6 medium tomato (s)
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup cream, 200 ml
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 packet bacon, 00 g
- 150 g Gouda cheese, rated
- salt and pepper
- paprika powder

- First cut the vegetables into small pieces. Then lightly fry the potato noodles in a little oil or butter. Then add the vegetables and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomato paste and soy sauce and stir. Then fill up with cream and stir everything again and season. Now put everything in a baking dish and spread the thin bacon slices on top and then sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Then put the casserole in the hot oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, turn on the grill for another 5 minutes to make the bacon and cheese crispy.
- Tip: If you don`t have a grill function, you can bake the casserole with top / bottom heat for 5 minutes at 200 ° C at the top.
