Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 125 g herb butter, (1 roll)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • chili
  • paprika powder
  • Herbs Provence

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, dry them well and cut them into slices.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Make the herb butter liquid and brush the potato slices with it.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and chilli to taste.
  5. Sprinkle herbs from Provence over it.
  6. Put the whole thing in the oven at 200 ° for approx. 30 minutes.
