Ingredients

  • 300 g biscuit (s) (butter)
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 banana (s)
  • walnuts, and / or couverture for decoration

Instructions

  1. Do not crumble the biscuits too finely and mix them in a bowl with the walnuts. Heat the butter, milk, chocolate and vanilla sugar and sugar in a saucepan so that the chocolate and butter melt. Add the liquid to the biscuit crumbs and mix the mixture well.
  2. Then spread this truffle mixture on a piece of cling film - so long that there is space for the two bananas lengthways and so wide that the bananas can be wrapped with the mixture once. Peel the bananas, place them in the middle, straighten them a little and use the cling film to coat them with the mixture.
  3. Decorate the resulting roll with walnut halves or allow to cool a little, cover with dark couverture and decorate with chopped or half walnuts as desired. Cool the roll for at least 1-2 hours before cutting.
  4. You can also form balls from the mass and enjoy them pure, filled with walnuts, dried figs or to taste and rolled in chopped nuts or desiccated coconut. This species is also called bombica in Macedonia.
