“Beer” Salad

We suggest you prepare a simple “beer” salad, that is, a salad that is very suitable as a snack for beer. This is a salad with sausage, pickled cucumbers, and croutons.

Ingredients

  • Smoked sausage – 100 g
  • Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • Canned beans (white) – 100 g
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaves – 2 pcs.
  • Fresh parsley – 2 sprigs
  • Rye croutons – 20 g
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary products for the “beer” salad. Boil the carrots in advance.
  2. Cool the boiled carrots, peel them, and then cut them into cubes. We transport the carrots into a bowl.
  3. Chop the pickled cucumber into thin strips. Add cucumbers to carrots.
  4. Similarly, i.e. strips, chop, and smoked sausage.
  5. Add the lettuce leaves torn into small pieces and chopped fresh parsley to the bowl to the chopped ingredients.
  6. The next salad ingredient is canned white beans. You can rinse it a little under cold water, and then put it on a sieve so that the excess liquid is glass.
  7. Season the salad with beans with mayonnaise and mix. Season with salt if necessary. The “beer” salad is almost ready, let’s proceed to the decoration.
    Place the sausage and beans salad on a plate using the cooking ring.
  8. Sprinkle the top of the salad with rye croutons. (You can make crackers yourself, after drying the rye bread cubes in the oven. In this salad recipe for beer, ready-made crackers are used.)
    “Beer” salad with croutons is ready.
