Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
  • 100 g mararine
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 ml milk, lukewarm
  • Almond (s), ground
  • Desiccated coconut (coconut flakes)
  • cinnamon and sugar
  • Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough from the above ingredients (flour to milk) and let rise. When it has risen, form small bobbles (balls) out of the dough.
  2. Roll these first in melted butter and then in a mixture of coconut flakes, ground almonds, sugar and cinnamon and place in a bundt pan. Bake in the preheated oven with top / bottom heat for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
  3. Eat the cake while it is still lukewarm with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Please do not cut into slices. The bobbels come apart easily and anyone can break one off.
