- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 80 ml mineral water
- 125 g flour

- Beat the sugar and eggs in a bowl until frothy. Add butter and poppy seed cheek, mix and then add the remaining ingredients.
- Set the waffle iron to the highest setting, then pour in about 2 tablespoons of the batter and bake for 2 - 3 minutes. The recipe makes about 8 - 9 waffles.
- Cherries from the glass go particularly well with it!
