Brownie with Brazil Nuts

Brownie Chocolate Pie is so tender and soft that it just melts in your mouth! Nuts combined with wet dough give this dessert a great taste. It is very easy to prepare, try it!

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Flour – 200 Grams
  • Sugar – 300 Grams
  • Brazil nuts – 100 Grams
  • Chocolate – 300 Grams
  • Cocoa – 25 Grams
  • Oil – 175 Grams
  • Eggs – 4 Pieces

Directions

  1. Prepare all required ingredients.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath.
  3. Cut the nuts into large cubes.
  4. Whisk the eggs into a bowl, stir them lightly.
  5. Add sugar to melted chocolate and stir.
  6. Then add eggs, stir.
  7. Mix cocoa with flour and add to the dough.
  8. Add nuts to the dough, stir the mixture.
  9. Put the dough on a baking sheet covered with paper, bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
  10. Check readiness with a wooden stick, a little dough should remain on it. The cake should be slightly damp inside.
  11. Sprinkle the cocoa on the cake.
