Brownie with Nuts

Ingredients

  • Butter – 170 Grams
  • Bitter chocolate – 120 Grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Sugar – 170 Grams
  • Flour – 50 Grams
  • Walnuts – 50 Grams

Directions

  1. Begin cooking brownie with nuts at home by beating eggs with sugar. I did it with a mixer, but you can also use a regular whisk.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then gradually add the butter to it. Stir the mass constantly so that it does not burn. Heat until the texture is uniform.
  3. Cool chocolate until warm and add eggs. Beat for about two minutes until the mixture is lump-free. After that, add the nuts (finely chopped) and flour at the very end.
  4. Grease a baking dish or cover with special paper. transfer the mixture to a container and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. check the brownies periodically with a match to avoid overdrying the dough. After baking, cool, cut into portions and serve.
  5. I got such beautiful rectangular pieces. Sprinkle brownies with powdered sugar to make them look even more appetizing and aesthetically pleasing.
