Ingredients
- 175 g dark chocolate
- 125 g butter, soft
- 180 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 egg (s)
- 75 g hazelnuts or almonds
- 75 g walnuts
- 125 g flour
For decoration:
- 200 g couverture, white
- Cherry
- Orange peel
- Almond (s), whole kernels, unpeeled
- Brittle (hazelnut), gold and silver pearls

- Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler. Mix the butter, both types of sugar, salt and eggs until creamy. Fold in the chocolate. Roughly chop the nuts and fold into the dough with the flour.
