Cabbage Pie

A very unusual cake and very simple.

Ingredients

  • White cabbage / Cabbage (young) – 500 g
  • Chicken egg – 3 pieces
  • Sour cream – 5 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
  • Wheat flour / Flour – 6 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Baking dough – 2 teaspoon.
  • Dill – 1/2 bunch.
  • Sesame (for sprinkling)

Directions

  1. Chop the cabbage, add salt and knead slightly.
  2. Add finely chopped herbs.
  3. Beat eggs until smooth.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough.
  5. Grease the form with butter and put the cabbage in it
  6. Pour over the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
  7. Put the form in an oven preheated to 180 C, bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
