Cake “Negro”

The cake is dedicated to all lovers of sweets, and especially to those who cannot live without chocolate. Black, like a negro, it will be relevant at any holiday. Delicate and melting in your mouth, try it!

Ingredients

  • Flour – 100 Grams
  • Sugar – 100 Grams
  • Baking powder – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Vanillin – 1 Piece (bag)
  • Water – 1/2 Art. spoons
  • Cocoa – 2 Art. spoons
  • Instant coffee – 1 teaspoon
  • Cream – 300 Grams
  • Chocolate – 100 Grams

Directions

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites and beat with sugar.
  2. Add vegetable oil, continue to beat.
  3. Combine instant coffee and cocoa, fill with hot water and stir until smooth.
  4. Combine the yolks with the chocolate mass, mix gently.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine: flour, baking powder and 30 grams of sugar.
  6. The flour mixture must be added to the chocolate-yolk mixture. Mix well.
  7. Beat the egg whites separately with 30 grams of sugar until they peak. Add to the same mixture, stir.
  8. Line a biscuit baking dish with parchment, pour in the dough. Bake for 40 minutes, temperature 180 degrees.
  9. Cool the finished biscuit, let it stand for 1-2 hours.
  10. Cooking the cream: heat the cream with 2 tablespoon. sugar, but do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add pieces of chocolate and stir until completely dissolved. Cool the mixture in the refrigerator, then beat until fluffy.
  11. Cut the biscuit into four parts, each of which we coat with cream.
  12. We collect the cake. Decorate the top with chocolate chips. We put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
